The Internet Specialist is responsible for providing a high quality guest experience, managing all communication and internet access services for our passengers and crew. Main responsibilities include proactively assisting guests with access to the internet through both the ships terminals and wireless access, selling internet services to passengers by assisting them to select the most appropriate internet services package to suit their requirements, as well as providing onboard education seminars (small groups).
